On February 20, 2022, the Católica Consulting Linked (CCL) made official its entry in the Portuguese Junior Movement by becoming a Junior Enterprise, accredited by Junior Enterprises Portugal (JE Portugal), the Portuguese Federation of Junior Enterprises. The transition to Junior Enterprise took place at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, in the General Assembly of Teamweekend #2, after an audit with a positive report conducted by JE Portugal in January 2021.

CCL, founded in 2020, is the first Junior Enterprise of Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics that is dedicated to training young entrepreneurs by challenging them to get involved in the consulting world. Consisting of 43 students, 42% of whom have international experience, CCL offers consulting in the areas of strategy, marketing, social responsibility, and digital transformation to a range of clients.

By working with and for clients, students gain experience, improve their skills, and develop a network of contacts, with the support of partners that contribute not only to the growth of the organization, but also to the development of its students. Deloitte, AIESEC, StartUp Lisboa, Altice, The Navigator Company and Gesbanha, are some of the partners that contribute to the growth of CCL.

The Junior Enterprise also bets on social responsibility for the development of its organizational culture, by integrating two Sustainable Development Goals in its strategy: promoting quality education, by ensuring access to inclusive, quality, and equitable education, and establishing partnerships that ensure the implementation of sustainable development goals in the organization's strategy. In addition, every semester, they develop a pro-bono social project and organize volunteer activities.

Integrity, dedication, talent, distinction, and quality are the values of CCL, which aims to be a reference organization in the development of CATÓLICA-LISBON students and one of the most recognized and impactful in the provision of consulting services.

The Portuguese Junior Movement consists of 22 Junior Enterprises, represented in 13 Universities in the cities of Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, Aveiro, Braga, Covilhã, Guimarães and Vila Real, bringing together more than 1208 national junior entrepreneurs. In 2021, the annual turnover was 365,000€, in more than 200 value-added projects.
