The course's structure consists in modules, ranging three fundamental areas of knowledge for a modern and excelent projetc management: operational management, financial management and behavioral aspects associated with managing project teams. These areas present themselves not only in the knowledge of the various models and techniques but also in a practical perspective by the usage of the main digital tools that will facilitate the implementation of the knowledge acquired.
