The mandatory courses in Business Analytics provide students with the foundational knowledge necessary for successful Business Analytics. Courses in this area will teach students the best practices in data acquisition, management, and analytics, while also developing their statistical and programing knowledge and skills.

To obtain a valuable international experience and further improve your knowledge, you complete an exchange semester in one of CATÓLICA-LISBON’s prestigious partner schools around the world.
Students are encouraged to complete a summer internship before or during the MSc program.
The program culminates in a project in which students will apply the tools and techniques learned throughout the program to a real world Business Analytics challenge or research topic. This project may be developed collaboratively in teams of students who will then prepare and present an individual report on the team’s project expanding on an aspect or set of aspects of their particular interest or to which they contributed the most.
