With 27 years of professional experience, Ana Duarte Ribeiro has worked in the areas of Organizational Development, Executive Coaching and Career Development. Coached over 200 executives and designed and/or conducted development programs for more than 100 companies. She has been a guest lecturer at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics for 17 years, where she has held various management positions from 2003 to 2016 and was a member of the Board from 2008 to 2016. Holds a master degree in Human Resources Management and Sociology (ISCTE) and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) since 2013 by the International Coaching Federation.
