Ph.D. in Economics (Northwestern University), MSc in Economics (Católica-Lisbon) and B.A. in Management (Católica-Lisbon). Samir's research interests are in the areas of Industrial Organization and Microeconomic Theory. His current research involves a combination of theoretical models and empirical analysis, with the goal of understanding firm behavior and its impact on consumer welfare.
