Yan Bai, Postdoctoral Research Fellow, received a Ph.D. in Management from IESE Business School, Spain. Her research inquires a deep understanding of ethical behavior and decision-making by using theories from psychology, behavioral decision research and management science. She has been doctoral researcher of the Centre for Business in Society and of the Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship platform at IESE Business School (2014-2019). Before, she served as an Assistant Professor at Xi’an International Studies University in China, where she taught Ethical and Professional Standards of Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) curriculum for undergraduates (2010-2014). At Católica-Lisbon, Yan teaches courses in Business Ethics and Social Responsibility in the MSc in Management.
