Ana Isabel Costa é Investigadora Principal FCT 2015 em Marketing e Comportamento do Consumidor desde Janeiro de 2017. É Doutorada em Comportamento do Consumidor e Desenvolvimento de Novos Produtos pela Universidade de Wageningen, Mestre em Gestão da Qualidade Alimentar pela Universidade de Ghent e Licenciada em Engenharia Agro-Industrial pela Universidade Técnica de Lisboa. Obteve ainda uma pós-graduação em Métodos de Investigação em Economia Aplicada à Gestão pelas Universidades de Groningen e Erasmus de Roterdão. Foi Cientista Sénior KLEAR em Comportamento do Consumidor na Escola Superior de Biotecnologia da CATÓLICA-PORTO, Investigadora Auxiliar Ciência 2007 na CATÓLICA-LISBON e Bolseira de Pós-Doutoramento da FCT no Departamento de Marketing e Estatística da Aarhus School of Business e no Departamento de Gestão da Universidade de Évora. Foi também Investigadora Auxiliar no Livestock Research Institute da Universidade Wageningen, Bolseira de Doutoramento da FCT na Universidade de Wageningen e Gestora de Categoria no Grupo Jerónimo Martins. Os seus interesses de investigação são a auto-regulação do comportamento de consumo, as normas pessoais, o consumo alimentar, a dieta e a saúde, a inovação e o desenvolvimento de novos produtos, e a tecnologia persuasiva.
