É Doutorada em Estratégia Empresarial (École Polytechnique, Paris), Mestre em Gestão (Université Paris Dauphine) e Licenciada em Economia e Gestão (École Normale Supérieure de Cachan e La Sorbonne). É Diretora da Formação de Executivos, fundadora e Diretora Académica do CTIE (Center for Technological Innovation & Entrepreneurship) e Professora Associada (com Agregação) nas áreas de Estratégia e Inovação na CATÓLICA-LISBON. Administradora não executiva da CUF, Vista Alegre Atlantis e GreenVolt. Foi professora na Queen Mary University of London e trabalhou como consultora de estratégia na AT Kearney em Londres e como Gestora de Produto na Lectra em Nova Iorque. Foi International Faculty Fellow no MIT Sloan School of Management. Os interesses de investigação da Céline focam-se no papel do design na inovação, na gestão do design, na gestão da inovação e empreendedorismo nas indústrias criativas.
